These Terms and Conditions (“Terms" or "Terms and Conditions”) apply to and regulate the YouThrive Program ("the Program") organised by Access Bank ("the Bank") in collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria.

You hereby agree and undertake as follows:

1. That you are within the ages of 18 - 45 years of age.
2. That you fall within one of the categories eligible to apply for this Program.
3. That notwithstanding your indication of interest in this Program and acceptance of this Terms and Conditions, the Bank is not bound to select you as a participant.
4. That where you indicate interest in more than one training, the Bank shall decide which training you shall participate in.
5. That if you are selected to participate in the Program for any training, you undertake to attend all the training sessions as they relate to the training you have indicated interest in.
6. That you shall provide accurate, current, and complete information where required by the Bank.
7. That where you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if the Bank has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw you from the Program and you shall not participate or continue any training.
8. You agree that the Bank may confidentially check the information you provide or obtain information on you or through third parties from secure databases. By entering into this Agreement, you consent to the Bank or its third party carrying out these checks and obtaining any information about you.
9. That you shall be solely responsible for your transportation to the training venue, accommodation, safety, welfare and feeding during the duration of the training.
10. That you shall indemnify the Bank, its affiliates, assigns, officers and agents for any loss, damage or expense resulting from your action, omissions or that of your agent, assigns or third parties.
11. That the Bank, its affiliates, assigns, officers, agents and its employees, shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense you incur in the course of the Program or in relation to the training or any circumstance whatsoever.
12. That you shall be of good behaviour and good conduct during the entire duration of the training and in the event where, in the opinion of the Bank, you are found liable for any misconduct, you accept that the Bank shall withdraw you from the Program.
13. That the Bank shall not be liable for any damage, loss, expense you incur in the course of the training/Program and may request that you discontinue a training without cause.
14. That you agree to present yourself and all others as related (family, friends and associates) upon request by the Bank for photography and videography, and you understand and agree that any use of this pictures/video will not entitle you to receive any wages, benefits, fees, compensation or other consideration whatsoever.
15. That you hereby grant the Bank irrevocable right to use pictures of you and all others as related (family, friends and associates) for the Bank’s promotional.
16. That you hereby irrevocably consent to the Bank's filming, taping and/or recording in the course of the training. You hereby grant to Bank, its assignees, licensees, agents and affiliates, the right in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity to use and reuse your appearance/image in the promotion of the Program including but not limited to, the right to use your name, voice, likeness, biographical information in any manner, whatsoever at the Bank's sole discretion and as the Bank sees fit.
17. That you understand and agree that any exploitation of your appearance, name, likeness, voice, conversation, sounds, biographical information as the same may be edited, cut, altered, rearranged, adapted, dubbed or otherwise revised in illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, derivative works, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet and will not entitle you to receive any wages, benefits, fees, compensation or other consideration whatsoever and hereby waive the right to approve the final product.
18. You shall not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and Conditions or your rights or obligations hereunder. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Bank may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and the Bank's rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
19. That you authorize the Bank to collect, use, transfer, store, process and share your data with its affiliates, partners for the purposes of this Program in accordance with applicable laws.
